What items need to be checked for low voltage rail platform transfer trolley?

There are the following items that need to be checked regularly during the use of low voltage rail platform transfer trolley:
1. Whether the axle of the frame is loose;
2. Whether the pulley is skewed. After loosening the motor foot bolts, the belt can be adjusted with tensioning screws to drive the rated load, and it should not be too tight;
3. Whether the bolts in each part are loose;
4. When the four wheels leave the ground, turn the motor by hand, the driving wheel can rotate flexibly, and the driven wheel by hand, the driven wheel pair can also rotate flexibly;
5. In the shoulder bearing housing, the bearing cover of the reducer should be filled with grease, especially the sealing groove of the head cover should be filled with grease, and the conductive device conductive frame should be filled with grease;
6. No. 20 gear oil is used in the reducer in winter, and No. 30 gear oil is used in summer. The oil level should be correct;
7. For low-voltage power supply flat cars, the insulation resistance between the wheels and the low voltage rail platform transfer trolley body, the friction block and the car body is not less than 0.5MΩ;
8. The guide post of the conductive device of the low-voltage power supply flat car should be able to move up and down flexibly in the guide frame.
