     This case is a spraying line system. Two 190t ferry transfer carts and sixteen 170t rail transfer trailers are customized to form an automatic production line through the plate chain transfer mechanism and hydraulic push device of each spraying room line.

    The main features of this case are large tonnage load, partial load bearing parts, and special mounting device. Due to the huge shape of the workpiece, the car body is transported in separate parts, on-site assembly is completed, and the unity and strength of the combined rear wing plate and the main body are also design difficulties.
