Rail machine structure

Rail machine is a kind of electric cart.The main structure of the machine is designed as crane design concept. According to crane principle, all structure of the rail machine is box girder structure, it is welded from steel plate. The box girder structure is according to crane,principle, but is designed accord with rail machine standard. 

The structure of BEFANBY rail machine is reasonable, The main parts including machine frame, wheels, motor, driving system, controller, position sensor, and meter system.We will design a whole structure solution according to customer’s choice.
The rail machine which manufactured according to drawing has the following advantages: convenient to maintain, easy installation and disassembly, large load capacity, long service time, small deformation and no environment pollution.
