brief introduction about motorized trolleys

    The motorized trolleys consist of four models from the power supply mode, that is, battery powered transfer cart, cable drum powered motorized trolleys, low-voltage rail powered rail carts & shrouded busbar powered transfer platform. Today, I’ll give you a general introduction about these motorized trolleys.

    Firstly, the battery powered transfer cart, as the name tells, the transfer cart is fed by storage battery. Since the cart is very convenient to use, it is applied widely in the heavy manufacturing industries, including the steel, aluminum, automotive & shipbuilding, etc. They are cooperating with the cranes to transfer heavy loads material from one location to another.
    Next is the cable drum powered motorized trolleys, this kind of motorized trolleys are suitable for being used frequently, and the maximum traveling distance is 200 meters. In order to protect the cable, the trolleys will be equipped with cable guiding device to help to place the cable in the trench and avoid the cable to be rolled over.
    The low-voltage rail powered rail cart, it is powered by the low-voltage rails, so it has strict installation requirements for the rail tracks.

    For the transfer platform powered by shrouded busbar, the cart height is very low and it is suitable for production line and short distance transport in workshop.
